Press control system modernization

DONAKO Sp. z o.o. certifies that ZW Automation Sp. z o.o. performed work in 2025 on the modernization of automation – control system of press PR047 and its commissioning. The work was carried out as part of the project “Modernization of the press control system“. The project scope included the following work:

• Dismantling of the existing main press cabinet and delivery, installation, and connection of a new main cabinet. FAT and SAT tests,
• Equipping the press with an HMI panel and operating pushbuttons. Relocation of the rectifier inverter to the new cabinet,
• Complete rewiring of all press devices except motors,
• Dismantling of the feeding cabinet,
• Delivery and installation of a new feeding servo drive, encoders for the main drive and feeding system,
• Dismantling of the cardan shaft and automation of the press input roller movement,
• Programming and commissioning of the press.
