Palletizing and depalletizing stations

Phytopharm Klęka S.A. confirms that in 2025, ZW Automation Sp. z o.o., Tax ID: 8943137171, completed a comprehensive order consisting of the design, construction and commissioning of robotic palletizing and depalletizing stations together with a layout management module. The project implementation included the following stages:

  • The engineering team developed a proprietary concept for two stations. The challenge related to handling variable package references and different stack arrangement patterns was resolved. It also included picking and placing separators, as well as random inspection of collective cartons.
  • Modern stations based on Fanuc CRX 25iA and CRX 20iA/L cobots were implemented. A specially designed roller mechanism for rotating collective cartons was added to the palletizer.
  • FAT and SAT tests were conducted, and the commissioning process at the production line was completed with successful acceptance by the OHS department, allowing the system for safe operation in an environment without fencing.
  • Complete technical documentation was delivered: electrical, mechanical and pneumatic designs. An EC declaration of conformity was provided together with a nameplate, as well as an operating manual, spare parts list and list of consumable components.
  • The system was enhanced with advanced HMI panel functions, allowing operators to independently add new references (in the case of the palletizer using the FANUC PalletTool module) and define parameters such as dimensions, box orientation or presence of separators.
  • In order to raise quality control standards, a vision system was integrated into the process, verifying the presence of logistics labels on collective packaging.
