Siemens PCS7 control migration

The “Cukrownia Kluczewo” Branch in Stargard declares that ZW Automation Sp. z o.o. carried out a comprehensive migration of the pulp press control system to the Siemens PCS7 system in 2022.

The designed, manufactured, and programmed system consisted of a main control cabinet built on the Siemens PCS7 system and object panels.

The project scope included the following work:

• Development of the concept for migrating the existing system to the Siemens PCS 7 system,
• Preparation of complete design documentation for the control system,
• Prefabrication, installation, connection of cabinets and automation components,
• Programming, testing, and commissioning of the system.

The design and execution were carried out in a professional manner, without delays, and in accordance with the specifications.
