Kärcher Sp. z o.o. certifies that in 2019, ZW Automation Sp. z o.o. completed a comprehensive automation system for the industrial process of railway tank washing for Orlen S.A.
The designed, built, and programmed system consisted of a main control cabinet based on a Siemens process controller, ATEX field panels, and junction boxes.
The project scope included the following works:
- Development of the control system concept,
- Preparation of control software documentation according to Orlen S.A. standards,
- Prefabrication, installation, and connection of control cabinets and automation components,
- Programming and commissioning of the PLC, HMI panels, and SCADA visualization system.
