Press Control Migration (KGS S.A. Kluczewo Sugar Factory)

Client: Krajowa Grupa Spożywcza S.A., Branch “Cukrownia Kluczewo” in Stargard

The “Cukrownia Kluczewo” branch in Stargard certifies that ZW Automation Sp. z o.o. completed, in 2022, a comprehensive migration of the pulp press control system to the Siemens PCS7 platform.

The designed, built, and programmed system consisted of a main control cabinet based on the Siemens PCS7 system and field operator panels.

The project scope included the following works:

• Development of a migration concept from the existing system to Siemens PCS7,
• Preparation of complete control system design documentation,
• Prefabrication, installation, and connection of control cabinets and automation components,
• Programming, testing, and commissioning of the system.

The project and its execution were carried out professionally, without delays, and in accordance with the defined assumptions. The engineers from ZW Automation Sp. z o.o. demonstrated high competence, and all assigned tasks were completed flawlessly.
