Tank Washing System (Karcher Poland)

Karcher Sp. z o.o. certifies that in 2019, ZW Automation Sp. z o.o. completed a comprehensive automation system for the industrial process of railway tank washing for Orlen S.A.

The designed, built, and programmed system consisted of a main control cabinet based on a Siemens process controller, ATEX field panels, and junction boxes.

The project scope included the following works:

• Development of the control system concept,
• Preparation of control software documentation according to Orlen S.A. standards,
• Prefabrication, installation, and connection of control cabinets and automation components,
• Programming and commissioning of the PLC, HMI panels, and SCADA visualization system.

The works were carried out professionally, without delays, and in accordance with the project assumptions. The engineers from ZW Automation Sp. z o.o. demonstrated high competence, and all assigned tasks were completed flawlessly.
