At ZW Automation, we work on projects where high-quality installation has a direct impact on the performance of the entire system. We’re looking for an electrical installer who can read technical documentation, is comfortable using power tools and isn’t afraid of complex installations.
We work on a wide range of projects – from control cabinet and switchboard prefabrication to installation, testing and commissioning at customer sites. Some projects are carried out in Poland and others abroad, so there are plenty of opportunities to work on larger and more demanding installations.

Responsibilities
- prefabrication of control cabinets and electrical switchboards,
- on-site installation at customer locations in Poland and abroad,
- independence in carrying out on-site installation work,
- wiring/making electrical connections in control cabinets and electrical switchboards,
- cable tray installation and cable routing,
- participation in testing and commissioning,
- assembly, commissioning, and servicing of equipment, electrical systems, and automation,
- responsibility for the timely execution of assigned tasks.
Requirements
- at least vocational technical education in a relevant field or documented work experience in a similar scope of duties (for companies: team experience),
- minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position / similar B2B projects,
- ability to read technical documentation (schematics, operation and maintenance manuals),
- ability to independently carry out assigned tasks,
- manual skills / operation of power tools and electrical measuring instruments,
- attention to quality of work,
- flexibility and readiness for business trips (foreign assignments: Belgium),
- readiness to work on a full-time basis, B2B, or as a subcontractor (assembly company),
- category B driver’s license.
Nice to have
- SEP qualification certificate up to 1kV (or equivalent team certifications).
