Build the automation that drives industry

At ZW Automation, we don’t just create simulations. As part of our team, you’ll bring solutions to life that have a real impact on the day-to-day operation of production plants and industrial facilities – including facilities such as the LNG terminal in Świnoujście. From the initial concept all the way through to final commissioning.

We’re looking for people who have ideas, want to gain experience across different areas, and want to see their projects working in the real world.

What can you expect?

We work with key industrial automation technologies and systems, including Siemens, Mitsubishi Electric, SCADA, DCS, robotics and industrial communication systems. Our projects cover areas such as control system design and programming, control cabinet assembly and prefabrication, new installations, modernization of existing systems, robot integration and commissioning.
Pracujemy zarówno przy projektach w Polsce, jak i realizacjach zagranicznych. Nasze rozwiązania znajdują zastosowanie m.in. w przemyśle spożywczym, farmaceutycznym, automotive, Oil & Gas, energetyce i intralogistyce. Dzięki różnorodności projektów nasi pracownicy mają okazję poznawać różne technologie, środowiska produkcyjne i sposoby rozwiązywania problemów.
To oznacza, że każdy projekt może być kolejnym krokiem w zdobywaniu doświadczenia.

Why work with us?

You’ll be involved in the full process of developing and implementing solutions – from defining requirements and preparing the design, through programming, prefabrication and assembly, to commissioning at the customer’s site, testing and preparing documentation. This gives you the opportunity to see a project from different perspectives. Every project brings new challenges and situations that require engineering thinking and problem-solving.

We bring together different areas of expertise: automation, robotics, visualization, industrial communication and cybersecurity.

Part of the design work takes place in the office and assembly area, while part of it is carried out directly at the customer’s site, where we test and commission the solutions we have designed. It’s work where you can see the result in the form of a fully operational system.

What is the work atmosphere like?

Our team includes specialists with several or more than a dozen years of experience, as well as young people who are just starting their careers in automation and assembly. Despite working across different departments and areas of expertise, we work closely together, without a corporate hierarchy. We regularly consult each other on projects and share our knowledge and experience.

We also have additional support from Factory Parts, a team that works alongside us in the same office and supplies industrial automation components. This makes it easier to select the right parts during project implementation and gives you the opportunity to expand your knowledge of products from different manufacturers.
