ZW Automation the only company in Poland with the status: MEIDS Certified Integrator

The MEIDS (Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions) partner program is divided into four levels that reflect the degree of a company’s commitment and competence in working with GENESIS systems. The path begins at the Registered level, which is the starting point for cooperation. The next level, Enrolled, provides full access to development tools and advanced technical training.

The Certified level is a status for experienced integrators with a documented history of successfully completed projects. We currently hold it as the only company in Poland, and equally importantly – no other Polish company currently holds the Certified status or the highest Gold Certified level. The latter is reserved for companies with the widest deployment reach and the largest number of certified experts – which is what we are aiming for. These last two levels of the program guarantee customers that the integrator has the latest knowledge and direct technical support from the manufacturer.

How did we become the only company in the country to achieve the status: MEIDS Certified Integrator?

Our journey was intensive and required full team commitment. We decided on the first Registered level in 2024, and in 2025 we received Enrolled status. Our engineers – Łukasz Łuszczek, Łukasz Pozimski, and Robert Gościniak – completed a series of demanding ICONICS training courses in SCADA application programming, as well as GENESIS Sales Training (Maciej Włodarczyk, Damian Lisowski, Łukasz Pozimski). At the same time, the successively growing number of our implementations based on ICONICS Suite 10 environments and the latest GENESIS v11 allowed us to rapidly achieve Certified level within one year. We maintain a very close relationship with Mitsubishi Electric, which gives us constant access to current information and technical support that are essential for implementing successful solutions for every customer.

Our experience confirmed by implementations

We base our certified partner status on specific projects in which we utilize the full potential of (formerly) ICONICS and GENESIS tools, including:

• Vibration monitoring systems: We have implemented electric motor vibration monitoring in version 10 and are currently starting work on a new system based on GENESIS v11.
• Advanced process applications: We have implemented recipe systems and applications for Dansensors and weighing scale displays, effectively integrating versions 10 and 11.
• Migrations and development: We carry out professional system migrations from ICONICS version 10 to the latest “version 11” and expand eFIC systems with new machine units.
