ZW Automation as a Gold Partner at Inno‑Business Mixer 2025
The event, held on May 26, 2025, at the Wrocław Industrial Park Conference Center, brought together dozens of entrepreneurs, representatives of public administration, research institutes, industrial zones, and technology clusters. ZW Automation served as the event’s Gold Partner , supporting the initiative, which was led by DOZAMEL Sp. z o. o., Wrocław Industrial Park (WPP), and the Association of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centers in Poland (SOOIPP). The key partners of this event also included: Industrial Development Agency SA, Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa SA, KGHM Polska Miedź SA, Western Chamber of Commerce – Employers and Entrepreneurs, Lower Silesian Chamber of Commerce, Polish-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK Polska), Association of Employers Polska Miedź, Legnica Special Economic Zone SA, ITCORNER, Fortaco, Concordia Design Wrocław, Wałbrzych Special Economic Zone “INVEST-PARK” (WSSE “INVEST-PARK”) as well as several Wrocław universities and a dozen or so technology companies from all over Poland.
The substantive portion of the event was based on a series of dynamic business speed dating events , during which participants engaged in face-to-face conversations in a short, 3-minute format, exploring collaboration opportunities. From ZW Automation’s perspective, this format proved exceptionally effective, enabling us to establish valuable contacts that would normally require numerous separate meetings. The fast-paced discussions, openness of the partners, and strong representation from companies in the industrial, automation, energy, defense, and science sectors created the conditions for a very concrete exchange of information and preliminary declarations of cooperation.
The main panel focused on dual-use technologies, solutions that have applications in both the civilian and military sectors. Presentations by Brigadier General Marcin Górka, Adam Jarubas (MEP), Professor Marek Świtalski (technology transfer expert), and Dr. Krzysztof Krystowski (President of the Polish Cluster Association) helped to ground the topic of dual-use in the legislative, financial, and industrial context. Their contributions clearly emphasized the need to develop such technologies in close collaboration between the public sector, industry, and technical universities.
For ZW Automation, this direction aligns with our operating philosophy. The industrial automation we design and implement has adaptive potential – our solutions can be incorporated into systems that enhance safety, support intelligent management of critical infrastructure, or be a component of joint industrial-defense projects. Therefore, the topic of dual-use is not only interesting but also practical for us. Through collaboration with industrial partners, we are already integrating control systems that address both production and operational challenges related to reliability, remote monitoring, and cybersecurity.
The event concluded with the Inno-After-Meeting , an evening networking event combined with dinner. This informal part of the program allowed for the continuation of the most interesting threads from the business talks and panels in a friendly atmosphere. Relationships built in such an environment often prove long-lasting – at ZW Automation, we are pleased to have been a part of these inspiring conversations not only at the negotiating table but also at the dinner table.
We highly value our participation in Inno-Business Mixer 2025. As a Gold Partner, we not only provided substantive support for the event but also actively participated in the dialogue about the future of industrial technology. We believe that events like this – dynamic, well-organized, and open to collaboration – provide real value to the entire innovation and automation sector. We thank the organizers for the invitation and the excellent collaboration.
