We have completed our participation in an engaging outdoor event organized by the District Labour Office in Wroclaw (Powiatowy Urząd Pracy) and the Wroclaw Agglomeration Development Agency (ARAW). The ZW Automation team spent an intensive day speaking with candidates seeking new professional challenges. We discussed active job openings for engineering and installation roles while sharing our expertise in industrial automation.
How the outdoor job fair unfolded
This year’s event at the District Labour Office on Gliniana Street attracted crowds of individuals interested in consciously shaping their career paths. Both the weather and turnout exceeded expectations. Discussions at our booth continued non-stop, covering technology, industrial implementations, and employment conditions within our team.
The outdoor job fair in Wroclaw showed significant interest in our industry and a great openness to new challenges. Visitors asked not only about job offers, but also about the behind-the-scenes aspect of our work – from actual project execution and control cabinet assembly to commissioning trips.
