Year in Review: 2025 driven by future industries

The year 2025 was a time of many challenges for ZW Automation, which we transformed into measurable engineering and organizational successes. From strategic implementations in the energy sector, through international competition finals, to building a strong, engaged community – we invite you to review the year that defined our place in the industry.

Modern industrial automation and robotics at ZW Automation

At ZW Automation, we believe that every project is a story about technology that transforms the way companies operate. In 2025, we completed a wide range of diverse projects, all united by one thing – the value delivered to our clients’ facilities and the enhancement of safety and process control standards.

Key implementations of 2025:

  • Energy sector: Together with PORR S.A., we expanded advanced SCADA and control systems for our mutual client – GAZ-SYSTEM S.A., a company of strategic national importance. The project included the integration of distributed installations and improved reliability of critical infrastructure. See references>>
  • Dinges Logistics: In partnership with Jurgen Klose Industrietechnik, we developed an automated tank interior washing system. The system, designed in accordance with rigorous ATEX standards, effectively optimizes processes and reduces the environmental footprint of the installation. This solution has been in our service portfolio since the company’s inception, and this year it led us to the finals of the Polish-German Economic Award 2025 organized by AHK Poland.   • Phytopharm Klęka S.A.: We implemented robotic palletizing and depalletizing stations with the PalletTool® system, and with its help, we did so as one of the first system integration companies in Poland. Thus, robots took over the heaviest tasks, guaranteeing 24/7 operation continuity, while operators gained an intuitive interface for managing palletizing configurations. See references>>
  • Pharmaceutical industry leader: For one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Poland, we launched a complete conveyor line (over 0.5 km of conveyors), integrating elevators, airlocks, and ABB robots in overpressure zones.
  • Donako Sp. z o.o.: We completed a comprehensive modernization of the press control system, restoring its full operational efficiency and enriching the machine with advanced diagnostic tools compliant with Industry 4.0 standards. See project description>>

New certifications and employee competency development

The year 2025 was a time of intensive team and structural strengthening. We implemented the IC Project system to ensure the highest quality of process management for ourselves and our clients. Our expansion into the German market gained momentum thanks to joining AHK Poland, which opened new spaces for discussions about modern industrial automation and robotics.

Our approach is also about responsibility – we obtained ISO 14001 Certification, proving that we design every action with the planet in mind. 19 ZW Automation employees obtained VCA/SCC Certification, essential for implementing our new project at the largest refinery in Europe, among others. At the same time, we continued our cooperation with the Semper Avanti Association, hosting interns from Italy. Watch the intern interview>>

We increased our staff to 35 people, structured our management, proved our environmental responsibility, and opened ourselves to European partnerships. We were everywhere where ideas that transform industry are born. At conferences, industry meetings, and events that connect technology, people, and ideas. Each of them gave us a different perspective:

Awards and Distinctions

Our growth dynamics have been recognized. We were honored with the Forbes Diamond 2025, and the stability of our position allows us to confirm receiving this distinction also in 2026. The crowning achievement in our voivodeship is the Lower Silesian Griffin 2025 award in the “Rising Business Star” category for integrated process automation systems for the Oil&Gas industry.

We committed to decisive rebranding and a communication strategy presenting a modern brand for modern industry. Shortening the address to zwa.pl/en is the finishing touch in the process of designing the new ZW Automation brand. All so that the way we communicate is as precise as the solutions we create.

We believe that our company’s image is built primarily by the people who design, program, and implement these systems every day, which is why we want to put their knowledge and professionalism at the forefront of our communication. Together we are driving future industries – that’s why we chose this slogan as the guiding principle for our brand.

Responsibility and integration

Our energy doesn’t end at the office. In 2025, we supported organizations including “Żyć Godnie” and “Piechur” Associations, Octava Choir, and Theater Za Jeden Uśmiech. We participated in the Corporate Run (3 employee teams!) and together with employees also prepared a Noble Gift Package.

Integration through sports remains our priority:

We already know that in 2026 we will run again in the Corporate Run and will not slow down in our social activities.

Summary and visions for 2026 on camera

At ZW Automation, we believe that every project is a story. About challenges and technology that transforms the way companies operate. In 2025, we completed several implementations. Almost each was different. They are united by one thing – the value we delivered to the facilities. Control over what happens in them and raising work standards. In many companies, we continue to implement subsequent orders. Next year we are not slowing down, we want to be everywhere where we will be part of the ecosystem creating the industry of tomorrow.
